Step 1    It is a must to contact your servicer, lender, alleged creditor. This is Administrative Due Process. It’s an absolute. Write a letter and be very specific about what you ask for. Please ignore the letter.

Step 2    Now that you have given the bank an opportunity to respond, (DUE PROCESS), Its time to analyze their response or lack thereof. Step 3    Write a detailed statement of facts in reverse chronological order, reference and attach exhibits whenever possible. PREPARE YOUR CASE.

Step 4    Send Certified, via USPS with return receipt requested copies of your detailed statement of facts. (A COMPLAINT LETTER),  to various agencies.  PLEASE REFER TO THE WEB SITE FOR THE NECESSARY CRITERIA. Members Only.

Step 5    AMASS A FINANCIAL WAR CHEST IF YOU ALREADY HAVEN’T. You may have to retain a competent  mouth piece at some point in time, or maybe not. It depends on how hard you are willing to work and educate yourself.

Step 6    Track your mailings and give the agencies 30-60 days to respond.

Step 7    Become a member and get the best up to date technology available.
